Komal Potdar is a conservation architect and a PhD candidate for HERILAND Architecture and Built Environment at TU Delft, Netherlands and Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design, Israel. This project is support by Marie Sklodowska- Curie International Training Networks and the European Union’s Horizon 2020 grants. In the past she has worked as an in-house consultant with the Archaeological Survey of India, New Delhi (2018-19). She has received Charles Wallace India Trust fellowship for continuing professional development courses in UK (2019-20), was selected as US-ICOMOS International Exchange Programme (2017), has been awarded the INTACH Heritage Academy Research Grant (2016-17) and was associated with projects for conservation, research and outreach with CRCI India Pvt. Ltd. (New Delhi), ICOMOS India in collaboration with ICOMOS Norway. Her field of practice and research includes architectural conservation, cultural landscape research, World Heritage management and community participatory efforts towards cultural conservation.
