Aesthetic and Cultural Heritage Education, Global Governance and Comparative Studies in Education
Yifei He is the Deputy Director of the Journal of International Economy and Global Governance (JIEGG) and an education consultant at the Liangzhu Museum. With a Master’s degree in Education from University College London (UCL), she has worked across the United Nations system in Beijing, New York, and Dubai, coordinating over 50 educational and communication initiatives related to global governance and the SDGs. Her projects have engaged youth audiences worldwide and promoted intercultural understanding through education.
As a long-term museum volunteer and bilingual educator at the Liangzhu Museum and the Petrie Museum of Egyptian Archaeology (UCL), she has designed heritage-based learning programs, guided international visitors, and developed cross-cultural courses for children and refugees. She also founded He & Beyond Studio to promote aesthetic and heritage education through bilingual storytelling and youth engagement projects. Her current research focuses on integrating aesthetic education and cultural heritage into global education governance and comparative studies.
