Digital Reconstruction of Ancient Architectural Sites
I am currently pursuing an M.Sc. in Applied Sciences to Cultural Heritage Materials and Sites at the University of Padova, where my research focuses on the Virtual Reconstruction of the Basilica Julia in Rome in collaboration with CNR-ISPC. Through this project, I integrate historical research, structural analysis, and digital preservation techniques using tools such as Blender, yEd, and the Extended Matrix language.
My professional journey combines hands-on conservation and digital documentation. As a 3D Conservation and Analysis Trainee at the Gandhara Cultural Heritage Research Center, I performed conservation treatments on archaeological materials, conducted XRF-based material analyses, and developed 3D damage maps for heritage sites. Earlier, during my internship at the Vehbi Koç Ankara Studies Research Center, I contributed to the digital archiving and 3D documentation of historical collections, ensuring their preservation and accessibility.
In 2025, I joined UNESCO Venice as a Cultural Mediator for La Biennale di Venezia, where I promote intercultural dialogue, sustainability, and heritage awareness through visitor engagement.
I am proficient in Blender, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Agisoft Metashape, and hold certifications in Project Management (Google) and Art and Heritage Management (Bocconi). As a member of ICOM and Europa Nostra, I aim to bridge conservation science with digital innovation for sustainable heritage preservation.
