The Youth+ Creative Cities Research Group is a research group driven by creativity and guided by urban cultural development. The members of the group include young scholars from universities such as Peking University, Tianjin University, Shanghai University, and the University of Macau, as well as young people with professional academic and technical skills in design, art, technology, education, and other industries. We are concerned about the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and the construction and development of creative cities in various regions, and are committed to contributing the unique creative power of the youth group to this project.
Our core research subjects cover 8 creative fields in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network, as well as related sustainable development goals such as Goal 9: Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure and Goal 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities. The study aims to explore the potential contributions of young creative forces and achieve an organic connection between the two.
At the same time, we are also exploring the correlation between China's World Heritage sites and creative city networks, conducting tourism inspections and research on heritage sites.
Research action:
1. Academic research: studying and researching topics, and writing reports and papers.
2. Creative City Tourism: Conduct on-site visits, research, and exchanges on various cities with the theme of "Creative Journey", record travelogues, and develop and optimize tourism routes.
3. Creative consulting: providing creative strategies and implementation suggestions for cities, organizing and planning creative activities, providing urban image design, cultural and creative design and development, and assisting the development of cultural tourism and creative industries in creative cities.
4. Contact and communication: Plan and organize creative activities such as seminars, salon sharing, and work exhibitions, exchange and learn from each other, and connect young creative forces from all over China.
