On October 17, 2003, the 32nd session of the UNESCO General Conference adopted the Convention for the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage.Twenty years later, the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS) emphasized this moment and interviewed Munich Pandit, the Chairman of the International Committee on Intangible Cultural Heritage of the International Council on Monuments and Sites.
