Education: PhD on Conservation and Management of Swayambhu Protected Monument Zone: A component of Kathmandu Valley World Heritage Property; Master Degree in Nepalese History, Culture and Archaeology; Master Degree in Sociology; Bachelor Degree in Law; Bachelor Degree in Education from Tribhuvan University, Nepal after the completion of School level from Shree Sharada Secondary School, Thosey Bazar, Ramechhap, Nepal.

Activities: Due to keen interest in socio-cultural and legal research, worked for FREEDEAL for three years during 1999-2002 as a Research Associate. Associated with Patan Museum as a Gallery In-Charge for 20 months during 2005-2006 and entered into Department of Archaeology as an Archaeological Officer in 2006 February until May 2013, then continued as Chief Archaeological Officer (Under-Secretary). Serving as a Focal Person for the World Heritage (since 2006) and Silk Roads Activities (since 2010) and has been involving in research on different heritage projects as well.
Associated with Lumbini Buddhist University, Nepal as a Lecturer on Museum and Museology (Contract Basis).

Publication: Published SWAYAMBHU MAHACHAITYA: Paramparagat Samrakshan Vidhiko Nirantarata (continuation of traditional techniques of heritage conservation); SWAYAMBHU: A World Heritage Destination (Conservation and Management) and several articles on socio-legal, cultural, tourism and heritage has published from different national and international media; especially on world cultural heritage, cultural heritage conservation and management. Articles on Nepalese heritage has been publishing through ACCU Nara as an International Correspondent since 2010.
