Mrs. A.Nazarova graduated from State Academic Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. She works as a research associate at Scientific Research & Project Institute “Spetsrestavratsia”. She has been doing multidimensional historical architectural and analytical studies, visual-landscape analysis, giving expert recommendation concerning cultural heritage properties situated within the boundaries of the “Historic Centre of St. Petersburg and Related Groups of Monuments” World Heritage Site (WHS) for 10 years.
In 2015 she was head of the team that developed the project of protection zones of cultural heritage property situated on the territory of St. Petersburg. She carried out complex historical and cultural studies aimed at identifying the attributes of Outstanding Universal Value of the “Historic Centre of Saint Petersburg and Related Groups of Monuments” as one of team members. This project sought at the study of tangible and intangible values of components and element of the World Heritage site.
She took part in the development of Project of determination of the boundaries of historical settlements situated within the boundaries of the Saint Petersburg WHS (2017).
In 2018-2019 she and her colleagues has realized several reports on Heritage Impact Assessment on the Outstanding Universal Value of the Saint Petersburg WHS.
